Dispatched within Australia

Stock is held domestically and dispatched from within Australia. Orders do not cross a border on their way to you, which removes the two failure modes that cause most of the grief with overseas research chemical orders: indefinite customs holds, and material sitting in an unrefrigerated container for weeks.

Note the distinction, because it is routinely blurred: dispatch happens in Australia; independent purity verification is performed offshore. Those are separate claims and we keep them separate.

Tracked, with a reference on dispatch

Every order ships tracked. A tracking reference is emailed when the consignment is handed over, so a parcel that stalls is visible to you at the same time it is visible to us.

Packaging

Outer packaging is plain and carries no compound names, no branding implying contents, and no laboratory markings. Vials are packed to survive transit handling — lyophilised material is robust, but a cracked vial or a breached stopper compromises the batch regardless of how it was analysed.

Temperature handling

Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of a domestic transit, which is precisely why they are freeze-dried. Compounds that require cold-chain handling are packed accordingly and identified as such at the point of order.

On arrival, transfer material to appropriate storage promptly and allow vials to reach room temperature before opening — condensation onto a cold cake introduces the water the formulation was dried to remove .

Delivery addresses

Parcel lockers, PO boxes and institutional delivery points are all accepted, and choosing one is not treated as unusual. What matters is that the address is complete and that someone can receive the parcel; the single most common cause of a delayed research chemical order is a malformed address, not the contents.
