Privacy policy
Applies to testedpeptides.com.au
The short version
This site currently sells nothing. There are no accounts, no cart, no checkout and no payment processing, so there is no order history, no stored address and no card data. The only personal information that reaches us is what you put in an email to us.
What we collect
Information you send us
If you use a "notify me at launch" link or write to us directly, your email address and whatever you include in the message arrive in our mailbox. We use it to answer you and — where you asked to be notified — to send a single message when ordering opens. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It sets cookies and collects a truncated IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you view. It does not tell us who you are. You can block it with any content blocker or with your browser's cookie settings, and the site works identically either way.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request logs — timestamp, page requested, response status, user agent — for security and reliability. These are retained for a limited period and are not used to build profiles.
What we do not collect
- Payment or card details — nothing is for sale here yet.
- Account credentials — there are no accounts.
- Health information. We do not ask, and you should not send it: these are laboratory reagents and we cannot give advice about their use.
Cookies
The only cookies set are analytics cookies described above. There is no advertising retargeting pixel on this site and no cross-site tracking.
Where your information goes
Email is processed by our mail provider and analytics data by Google, both of which may store data outside Australia. We do not otherwise transfer personal information overseas.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
This policy will be rewritten before ordering opens, because a site that takes orders collects a great deal more than this one does. The updated version will be published here.
